The ROSHN Graduate Development Program aims to attract and empower the best young Saudi talent. We equip graduates with the technical expertise, personal and professional skills required to excel in their future roles. The program aims to build a talent pipeline that supports ROSHN Group's long-term growth and contributes to Saudi Vision 2030.
This 12-month program combines academic learning with on-the-job training. It includes a bootcamp in partnership with global institutions, rotations across ROSHN departments, and real-world project experience under expert mentorship. The program culminates in a graduation project aligned with ROSHN's vision.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following majors: For the Development & Project Management Track, degrees in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or equivalent are required. For the Community & Sustainability Management Track, the relevant fields include Environmental Sciences, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or equivalent. The Design & Technical Engineering Track encompasses degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Urban Planning, or equivalent. For the Commercial & Construction Management Track, suitable degrees include Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or equivalent. Lastly, the Corporate Functions Track accepts degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Law, Human Resources, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Completing all graduation requirements before the start of the training program is a prerequisite for application. If the graduation certificate is not received before the end of the registration deadline, the applicant can attach proof of completion of all graduation requirements through the latest updated academic record or through a statement from the university stating that the graduation requirements have been fulfilled.
Joining the program requires full-time dedication, and the trainee should not be employed by any entity (governmental or private).

There is no need to prepare for the cognitive ability test. Some questions may be asked about your working or learning style. Try not to overthink or spend too much time answering any question.
