Nasreen Al-Dossary is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience in leadership, people management, strategy, change management, and entrepreneurial activities. Throughout her career she held several leadership positions in several leading organisations regionally and globally.

Jason Margetts has over 17 years of experience in Real estate management, development, and sales. Jason is a specialist in this field, having held management positions in several leading companies in the real estate sector.

Oussama has over 33 years of development management experience in large-scale master planning and mixed-use/ residential development projects across the GCC and internationally. Throughout his career, he has led and shaped significant urban design, master planning, and downtown development projects, from inception to completion.

Rakan is the Executive Director of the Corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance Function in ROSHN. Rakan has accumulated experience across diverse industries with leading roles such as Accounting, Auditing, and Governance. He served with SEDCO Capital as the Chief of Internal Audit.
